A person was arrested on suspicion of homicide after allegedly fatally punching one other driver in a street rage altercation this week in West Hollywood, authorities mentioned.
At 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to a comfort retailer within the 7900 block of West Santa Monica Boulevard after receiving a name for help.
When they arrived, deputies discovered 68-year-old Armando Gabriel, of Los Angeles, unresponsive on the sidewalk in entrance of the shop.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department took Gabriel to an area hospital, the place he was later pronounced useless.
Ramon Casas, a 48-year-old resident of Bell Gardens, was detained by deputies on the scene.
